Art. 13 Security Measures to Protect Your Information Against Loss, Misuse or Alteration
When you provide us with personal information, we take appropriate measures to ensure that it is processed securely.
The bulcore.bg website uses a secure communication protocol and an SSL certificate. HTTPS authenticates the website and the web server on which it is hosted. It also encrypts the communication between the client and the server in both directions, providing protection against interception, tampering or alteration of message content.
In practice, this provides reasonable assurance that users are connecting to the correct website rather than a fraudulent copy and that communications between users and the website cannot be read or altered by unauthorized third parties.
Non-sensitive information, such as your email address, is normally transmitted over the Internet and therefore its security can never be guaranteed 100%. Although we make every reasonable effort to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to us over the Internet, and you do so at your own risk.
Once we receive your information, we make every reasonable effort to ensure its security within our systems.
Art. 14 Profiling
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Art. 15 Use of Cookies
Like many other websites, our website uses cookies.
Cookies are small pieces of information sent by a website to your computer or device in order to recognize you when you visit. They collect statistical information about your browsing activity.
This allows us to identify patterns in website traffic and perform statistical analyses regarding the use of our services, including the amount of time spent on the website and the pages visited most frequently.
Cookies do not identify you personally, and aggregated statistical information does not contain personal information. Cookies help us improve our website and provide a better and more personalized service.
By agreeing to use this website and its services, you consent to the use of cookies, including Google Analytics cookies.
If you prefer not to receive cookies while browsing the website or through HTML-formatted emails, you can disable them. You can configure your browser to notify you before accepting a cookie or to reject cookies when notified of their presence.

Similarly, if you have reached our website through a third-party website, we cannot be responsible for the privacy policies or practices of the owners or operators of that third-party website. We recommend reviewing their Privacy Policy.
Art. 17 Transfer of Personal Information Outside Europe
As part of the services we provide, information you provide to us may be transferred to countries outside the European Union (“EU”). Such countries may not have data protection legislation equivalent to that applicable in Bulgaria.
Where we transfer your information outside the EU, we will take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
If you use our services while outside the EU, your information may be transferred outside the EU where necessary to provide those services.
Art. 18 Review of This Policy
